by placing an order you agree to the following terms, these also apply if you're using one of my gfxs as your profile picture:

- You must send an image of your roblox avatar and a pose reference, the price will be adjusted according to the avatar and pose!- Please keep in mind that I'm not going to make any changes once you've accepted my work. (I will send the sketch and the colored version and when you agree I'll start rendering)- I will deliver your commission in less than 2 week but if you take too long to respond it might take longer. This also depends on how many commissions I have. (I'll also give you a possible delivery date in the queue but it doesn't mean that it's 100% garunteed to be delivered that date, maximum is 2 weeks unless you take too long responding)- If you want a prop, the base price will be risen according to the prop you choose. If you want 2 avatars in 1 artwork, the price will be adjusted to 180% the base price. (ex. If the price for 1 avatar is 1k and you want 2 in 1 artwork, the price will be adjusted to 1.8k but may be risen according to the 2nd avatar!)- No refunds since roblox takes 30% of my robux and if I refund the amount I got from the commission you'll get 40% the original price due to taxes.- Don't pay me in please donate. Use my gamepasses or your group to pay! I only get the 60% if you pay in plz donate.- Don't claim that you made the work yourself, credit me and if you didn't commission the art and just stole it you'll have to change your profile picture asap unless you want to get blacklisted from ordering or copyrighted.- I have the rights to post the art you ordered on my socials as an example to advertise my commissions since it's my work.- Please accept my friend request on discord so I can work on your order, if you don't I won't make it. Accept my request/ respond to my email within 48 hours!- Please don't rush me & use appropriate language. (I might be busy, I also have a life)- Please respond while I update you on your order, it doesn't have to be instant but please do!
